Should you find a lower price with the same conditions within 24 hours of making a reservation, we will match the price.
In order to verify the lower rate, we ask you to provide us with the name of the web site where you found the offer, along with a screenshot displaying the following data:
Name of the hotel
Booking dates
Price, board, room type, payment and number of people.
We will reply within 48 hours (workdays) and if accepted we will send you a confirmation with the new price, cancelling the first booking.
Should you find a cheaper rate on any other online booking engine, we will match that price.

Conditions for accepting the best price guaranteed:
The rate will be free of taxes and applicable to online bookings. We do not take into account negotiated or off-line rates.
The minimum difference we accept is €2.
The compared rates must match with:
Same room type and dates of stay.
Same currency.
Same number of guests.
Same conditions of sale or promotion, payment terms, cancellation or modification charges.
We do not take into account rates which contain failures on the website at the time of booking as well as rates for promotional packages.
This guarantee applies only to reservations made by individual customers.
